Valid Court Judgment: You must possess a legally obtained court judgment that has not yet been satisfied or paid in full in the state of New York.

Outstanding Debts: The judgment should involve an outstanding debt owed to you or your business, which remains unpaid despite the court's ruling.

Non-compete: Due to legal reasons, the judgment can not be simultaneously worked on by two Judgment Agencies. For assistance in terminating your agreement with another agency, please reach out to us directly.

Minimums: Unfortunately, Our firm does not currently service individual debts under $3,000. For bulk collections, please call us directly.
While the following is not essential for our services, any and all information you notify us about the debtor will assist in our ability to recover your assets. Information can look like this:

Collectible Assets: A debtor with identifiable assets or income sources that can potentially be seized or garnished to satisfy the judgment.

Documentation and Information: Relevant documentation and information pertaining to the judgment, debtor's contact details, any known addresses, contact information, and supporting evidence.

Known Aliases: Including non-legal nicknames.

Employment details: Last known or current employment will help in enabling us to garnish wages.

Social Connections: Providing us with debtors associations, relationships, and social media accounts can help provide valuable insights in locating hidden assets.

Miscellaneous: Any other sources of information. This can include banking information, gym memberships, etc.
Please don’t be discouraged if you have limited information. Often our investigation starts with minimal details and from there we are able to construct a comprehensive portfolio.
